Registered with the Chelsea Practice almost 8 years now. Whether for my young son or major medical situations for me, I continually find this surgery to be attentive, caring and more than helpful. The front office staff is welcoming and informative. I’ve never had to wait to be seen more than 10 minutes – and that is because perhaps the patient before me was more ‘complicated’ than expected. Hint: if you think you have lots to discuss – book a double session! That way no one waits. All the GP’s are well informed and really care about their patients. I am lucky to be with this group.

I moved around a lot so have been to many surgeries. Dr Lewis is amazing. He’s so understanding and really listens. The reception staff are always so helpful and lovely. The best surgery I’ve ever been to by far.

This is an excellent practice – very helpful doctors, nurses and most importantly the reception / telephone desk – enquiries are dealt with knowledgeably, courteously, patiently and on a timely basis. Referalls for specialist support is good. The practice give patients confidence that their medical problems are competently dealt with.
