Free Energy Service for Residents

The Council’s Homes4Health programme provides FREE support for residents to get on top of energy debts, switch providers, access grants and other support and manage the energy usage in their homes. The scheme helps residents to stay warm and comfortable in their homes and provides advice on how to improve energy efficiency.
