Coronavirus Update

NHS premises are safe. If you are called for an appointment, please make sure you attend. We have put in place rigorous infection control measures to keep patients and staff safe. If you are called in for a face to face consultation, please follow the guidance your practice will provide, so that your care is as safe as we can make it.
Please continue to contact your GP if you need medical advice. You may be offered a telephone, video or online consultation, as these are now all available across NW London practices. We have learnt a lot from these new ways of working and they will be a part of how you access your GP in the future. You can help us by supporting everyone in your family to use the smartphone technology; for instance, your practice may ask you to send us a picture via your phone.
Covid-19 tests continue to be available for symptomatic patients. If you experience a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or changes in your sense of smell or taste, you must book a covid-19 test immediately.

Online Services

	On the day	Patients can book an appointment on the day from 8am by calling 020 7349 7330 or by calling into the practice for an urgent medical problem
	Commuter Surgeries	Not able to see the doctor outside of working hours? Early Bird surgeries are available by pre-booked appointment to see the Doctor or Practice Nurse.
	Telephone Consultations	For help and advice, call us on 020 7349 7330.
	Nurse Appointments	The Practice Nurses can help you with a range of issues from health management to vaccinations.
	Book in Advance	We reserve a few appointments for advance booking. Please phone the practice on 020 7349 7330 for more information.
	Out of Hours	If you have an urgent health problem which cannot wait until the surgery is open please call 111.
	Online Services	Patients can book appointments up to 2 weeks in advance and from 8pm the night before using our online booking system.

	Online	You can order your repeat prescriptions via our online services or complete our online form.
	In Person	Fill in a prescription request form or underline the items needed on the tear-off side of your prescription and drop it into the surgery.
	Post	If a stamped addressed envelope is supplied your prescription can be returned via Royal Mail. Find our postal address.
	Via Email	Please email chelsea.reception@nhs.net with your name, date of birth and a list of the medications you require.
	Pharmacy	You may also arrange for a pharmacy of your choice to collect your prescription on your behalf
